The JAPAN TOWER venue, owned by businesswoman Lilian Gonçalves, hosted on the night of August 13 a very special dinner for the Clube Mulheres de Negócios em Língua Portuguesa (Portuguese-Speaking Businesswomen’s Club).
The Club is the largest international business networking platform for Portuguese-speaking businesswomen, whose mission is to unite and strengthen women entrepreneurs from all over the world who speak our language. In doing so, it promotes business development, the exchange of experiences, and the creation of global opportunities, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and collaboration.
The leader of the São Paulo Chapter, Kristhel Byancco, was responsible for the grand event, where she spoke about the Club’s global operations alongside the Club MNLP’s Expansion Director, Danúbia Helmich.
Danúbia emphasized that the world needs women who take a stand, lead, and provoke real change—where strengthening women’s presence in international business builds bridges between markets and elevates the power of the Portuguese language to strategic levels in trade and corporate diplomacy.
During the dinner, singer Paulah Gauss took the stage to sing the Brazilian national anthem, reminding everyone of the importance of being patriotic and honoring our country. She then entertained the audience with her wonderful repertoire. Also, singer Marcel Kogos performed a duet with businesswoman Marly Lamarca.
Who is Kristhel Byancco
Entrepreneur at La Byancco Comércio, Produções e Representações Ltda., actress, writer, poet, jewelry designer, lecturer, and master coach and mentor certified by the Latin American Society of Coaching (SLAC). She has been president of the FEC Foundation (Faith, Hope, and Charity) for 26 years.
She is also a Peace Ambassador for the Universal Peace Federation, a member of the Academia de Ciência, Letras e Artes de São Paulo (ACLASP), National Social Director of Virada Feminina, and National Director of the Liga das Mulheres Eleitoras do Brasil (LIBRA). Likewise, she is Ambassador for ABME Mulher and Director of the National and International Press Association (ANIT).
As an actress, she worked for major companies such as Rede Globo, TV Manchete, and SBT before founding her own business. Her achievements came with challenges, but she never gave up in the face of rejection. After all, only those who endure truly win. She is also a pastor ordained by OMEBE.
